Maybe this will require connecting the container repository (which isn't possible yet on Azure) but it would be nice to be notified of an updated container image in the UI.

We will be adding more of an integration between container registries and Massdriver, similar to what we have with DNS zones. This is a good idea as a feature when that is available.
